このたび、株式会社フィートの代表取締役を拝命いたしました、有光 哲彦と申します。
前任の代表のもとで築かれてきた技術と信頼、そして経営基盤を引き継ぎ、これからの舵取りとともに、経営基盤の一層の強化、お客様の事業拡大に資する取り組み、そして新たな事業の創出にも取り組んでまいる所存です。身の引き締まる思いとともに、大きな責任を感じております。
さて、フィートは2026年10月で第23期目を迎え、音声言語・音響工学に基づく技術を通じて、お客様のサービスの社会実装に向けた課題解決に取り組んでまいりました。これまで多くのお客様、パートナーの皆様に支えていただき、ここまで歩んでこられましたことに、心より御礼申し上げます。今後も、ソリューションプロバイダーとして、技術を核とした多様な価値のご提供を、より一層広げてまいりたいと考えております。
私自身は、大手電機メーカーにおいて、本社研究所で次世代映像（音響、画像）システムの研究開発に従事し、自動車事業部では米国において自動車音響技術に携わってまいりました。その後、大学の先進理工学部において教壇に立ち、製造業とのものづくりにおける音響工学に係る共同研究、ならびに国際学会を通じた研究者の方々との交流を重ねてまいりました。
こうした、立場や分野を越えて得た視点を活かしながら、異なる現場や考え方をつなぐ橋渡し役として、技術で「音」と「人間」の可能性を広げること、そして専門性を持つ社員同士が協調しながら、それぞれの力を発揮できる会社であり続けることを大切にしていきたいと考えております。
音が人と機械、人と人とをつなぐ場面は、これからさらに広がります。フィートは、こうした協調の広がりに、独自の発想と技術で貢献してまいりたいと存じます。至らぬ点もあるかと存じますが、皆様のお力添えをいただきながら、着実に歩みを進めてまいる所存です。今後とも変わらぬご指導、ご鞭撻を賜りますようお願い申し上げます。

Message from the New Representative Director
I am honored to have assumed the position of Representative Director of FEAT Limited.
Building on the technology, trust, and management foundation established under my predecessor’s leadership, I am committed to strengthening our management foundation, supporting our customers’ business growth, and creating new business opportunities as we chart our path forward. I feel both a deep sense of responsibility and great humility as I take on this role.
As FEAT enters its 23rd fiscal year in October 2026, we have remained dedicated to solving our customers’ challenges toward the social implementation of their services, built on technologies rooted in speech, language, and acoustic engineering. We are deeply grateful to the many customers and partners who have supported us along this journey. Going forward, we will continue to expand the diverse value we deliver as a solutions provider, with technology at our core.
My own career began at Sony Corporation in Tokyo, where I engaged in R&D on next-generation imaging (video and audio) at the company’s central research laboratories, and later worked on automotive acoustic technologies in Detroit, Michigan, within the automotive division. I subsequently joined a university’s School of Advanced Science and Engineering, where I taught while conducting joint research in acoustic engineering with manufacturing partners and building relationships with researchers around the world through international conferences.
Drawing on the perspectives I have gained by crossing different roles and disciplines, I hope to serve as a bridge connecting different fields and ways of thinking—expanding the possibilities of “sound” and “people” through technology, and fostering a company where employees with diverse expertise collaborate and thrive together.
The ways in which sound connects people with machines, and people with one another, will only continue to expand. FEAT will contribute to this growing sense of collaboration through our distinctive ideas and technology.
While there is much for me still to learn, I look forward to moving forward steadily with your support. I would be deeply grateful for your continued guidance and encouragement.
